Heart of Sunshine Spacious Apt Pool and Garden
Open plan bright living room and open kitchen space flow onto a large balcony with lush tropical views. Offering a sparkling pool and garden area in the complex and a lift to the apartment. An easy minutes walk to cafes, plates studio, bar, boutiques and restaurants.Short walk to pristine patrolled Sunshine Beach. Multiple Smart TV's and unlimited wifi as well secure garage car spaceThis wonderful apartment is located in stunning Sunshine beach. It is an easy 2 minute walk to the Village where you will find a host of amenities including funky cafes, modern bar, corner store and newly renovated Surf Club. The pristine patrolled beach is located in the village and can be accessed via a ramp or wooden stairs. The apartment is located in a small quiet complex on the first level however there is a lift you can use if stairs are not an option. There is a security door to access the building before taking the lift to the 1st level. The internal corridor of the building is open and is surrounded by tropical plants on the ground level.
Once entering the apartment you will find the open plan living, dining and kitchen area which flow to floor length sliding glass doors and an undercover good sized balcony with alfresco dining and lush green garden view. Enjoy your morning coffee on the outdoor couch listing to the birds singing. There is air conditioning in the living room and new designer furnishings throughout. Watch family movies on the 65 inch TV and enjoy unlimited Wifi. There is also a selection of books for you to enjoy. The kitchen has all mod cons including Nespresso compatible coffee machine. The large master retreat has a balcony with garden views, large ensuite and walk in robe. There are two further good sized bedrooms with fans as well as full laundry facilities, main bathroom with separate bath and powder room.

As our guest you have access to the entire apartment, single garaged car space, pool and garden area. The master and second bedroom have Smart TV's.
Access to the lift is via the underground carpark, or a set of stairs from the street front entry.There is air conditioning in the living room and the master bedroom, second and third bedrooms all have ceiling fans.
Noosa Council Local Laws & Noise Restrictions:
Our local council have passed new laws for all holiday accommodation properties in the Shire from the 1st of February 2022. The laws are mostly in regards to any type of excessive noise that will disturb our residential neighbours at any time but especially after 10pm at night. Excessive noise is deemed as loud talking, laughing or singing as well as loud music or screaming and shouting. Council have a 24/7 complaints hotline for residents of Noosa and a security team member will need to respond to complaints with 30 minutes, either via phone call to you or a visit to the property. If this occurs during your stay the charge for the call / callout will be submitted for payment to the main guest. Please remember these are not our individual host rules but are Council laws which we must respect to keep our holiday management rights for the property. These are reviewed annually and will be declined if complaints are made. We kindly ask you not to take your frustration out on our team.
These laws also include lights being left on at night, excessive car parking (or parking on front of neighbours properties) and use of other residents' bins. Please ensure that you are aware of these laws as they have been agreed to in our terms and conditions
