This stunning residence enjoys an unrivalled location just 50 metres from Sunrise Beach, with Sunshine Beach village only a 3-minute drive away, Noosa Junction in 6 minutes, and Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach just 10 minutes from your door. Grab a morning coffee from a nearby café, enjoy a swim, or during whale season, watch the majestic migration right from your balcony—an unforgettable experience.
Spread over three luxurious levels, this newly built four-bedroom holiday home combines modern design with breathtaking 180-degree ocean views. The top-floor entry level features open-plan living with kitchen, dining, and lounge areas flowing seamlessly to a covered alfresco deck, plus the master retreat with ensuite and spectacular ocean outlook.
The lower level offers a second living area, children’s bunk room, and two additional bedrooms (queen and king, with the king splittable into two singles on request), each with ensuites. A freestanding bath in the main bathroom provides a relaxing retreat. Step out to another covered alfresco space, perfect for breakfast in the fresh ocean air.
Follow the stairs to the private pool area, complete with sun lounges for lazy afternoons under the sun.
