A wonderful facility for our family situation, having 8 adults and 2 children. Very roomy though a bit rambly, great kitchen and dining facilities, very big pool and in excellent condition, ideal location on the wider part of the Mooloolah River. Cost was reasonable compared to many others that we checked out on Stayz with at least 5 bedrooms and four bathrooms. Overall, a really suitable place for a group holiday.

We are a family of 10. The house accommodated us all. There is lots to do with the kayaks, the billiard table and the media room being the favourites. We all had a great time.

AMAZING HOUSE

We are SO grateful to have stayed at Minyama for our Family Christmas. WHAT A SPOT! The house is brilliant with everything you need and more. The pictures really do capture the house amenities and its setting on the river, but you will still be amazed at just how perfect this house is for a relaxing holiday. The bedrooms are spacious, the pool a perfect temperature, location is just stunning. Book it before it gets snapped up and enjoy what Minyama has to offer. My husband and our family enjoyed 10 lovely days at this beautiful, waterfront property and created memories that will last a lifetime! Despite a few cleanliness issues which we took up separately with the property managers, everything was as advertised and the property managers were very responsive to all communications. Would definitely consider for future visits to Australia!

Everything you could want and more for a relaxing break!

What a dream property - waking up to the sunrise over the Mooloolah River, modern kitchen with every gadget and appliance we needed to create family meals. Even though it was rainy on and off over the weekend, the kids were never bored and loved the fun of throwing in the crab pots and fishing from the private jetty. The pool itself was also inviting to the kids and sunset drinks on the jetty were a lovely peaceful way to end the day and herald the start of the pool competition. The property also uses sustainable everyday products. We would totally recommend this property.

Fabulous holiday

The house was just perfect for our large family group - spanning from grandparents to babies! The younger ones loved the pool and the jetty and the kayaks and fishing rods provided. The pool table and the cinema were a great hit! The neighbourhood is very quiet. We had to drive to the beach but we knew that would be the case. Highly recommend this family home with so much space.

This property was perfect for our needs. I had my 2 brothers and my sister and our families stay together. The location, size and layout of the property were fantastic. Check in and check out was easy. I was very disappointed in the state of the bbq as this was planned to be our main source of cooking for the stay. It was not very clean and the whole grill plate was missing. Also, the bbq table (when extended) was filthy. Apart from this there was quite a number of maintenance items that were noticed however these did not impact our stay but were noted. Management of the property were very helpful with the mentioned issues which was bery much appreciated.
