Private entrance to this air conditioned self contained private studio with comfortable double bed, en suite, with kitchenette and wifi. Roadside parking, views of Mt Coolum and just a short drive to the beautiful beaches of Coolum & Yaroomba. Close to cafes, restaurants, airport, buses, national parks and coastal walks. Ideally located between Maroochydore and Noosa or take a drive into the scenic hinterland.

Studio Unit with en suite. Unit includes reverse air conditioning unit, double bed, kitchenette, refrigerator/freezer and dining table and chairs. Private front garden and garden seating.
