  • Summary:

    Absolute waterfront Apartment in Kings Beach with stunning ocean and beach views.



    The Space:

    -Absolute Waterproofing will commence work on Tuesday 16th of June to rectify faulty concrete: these problems were identified during the washdown of surfaces before painting started. Concrete work should take 3-5 days depending on the weather.

    -Painting contractors will return once this work is completed.



    Absolute waterfront Apartment in Kings Beach with stunning ocean and beach views.



    Enjoy direct beach access (no roads to cross) to the popular Kings Beach. This is truely a magical location!



    Sit back and enjoy panoramic views over the Pacific Ocean watching the passing parade of ships, surfers, sail boats and more - The views from this two bedroom apartment also encompass the Pumicestone Passage, Bribie Island, the Glass House Mountains + the night lights of Golden Beach in the distance. There is a fantastic view of the Shipping Lanes as well.

    Linen

    Bookings made after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

    Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details.

    Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.



    Other things to note

    From 5 May 2026 to 26 May 2026, weather permitting, external painting of the buildings is expected to take approximately three weeks. During this time, painters will require access to each unit to paint the balcony areas, as well as access to Exclusive Use areas. The painters will be abseiling down the building and installing scaffolding beside the Warne Terrace building.

    Caloundra Holiday Centre manage this property. Please note that Airbnb messaging is not monitored outside of office hours, so it is advised to contact us directly if you require any assistance.
