"Fantastic view! The villa has a fantastic COONOWRIN view. Genuine luxury could be realised if washing machine was provided inside each villa. Breakfast with selections were delivered to the villa for spending more time in the luxury villa, though the time was not flexible. perfect! I left on the Easter Friday & the Cafe was closed that day. Based on experience & actual need, it is highly recommended to extend 1 hour if guests were required to have breakfast in the villa on the date of checkout. "

"Was met by John as we arrived early which was nice !!Was a little bit apprehensive about just having loovers no blinds or curtains was thinking great I’ll be awake at daybreak but with soo many trees I slept late lol spa was lovely hubby n I love hot tubs this one was very private and peaceful!! We didn’t leave until we had to check out ONLY downside was it could use a good clean all over plus the barking dogs throughout our stay day or night was disappointing "

"The cottage was well appointed and the little extras were appreciated. Shampoo, Conditioner, etc. It is very close to the main part of town. I am not sure anyone ever fully escapes bugs and spiders inside in a warm, humid town. They were of no concern to me as they were the hamless type and hid up high in corners, but for some it may be concerning. The wifi provided was also poor, with the tv apps often hanging awaiting a signal. This too may be a Maleny issue. Telstra phone reception was good thus hotspotting to laptop and calls were fine.The bed and pillows were great. It is a lovely, quiet and safe location. Be aware that the walk from the under cover car park to the cottage involves a few gentle yet uneven steps and a poorly lit gravel pathway for those unsteady on their feet and arriving late or pulling a case. A torch is provided once inside for future trips. Overall, it is a lovely cottage and excellent host."

"As soon as you open your car door, you are enveloped by the peace and quiet with only the birdsong and insect symphony to be heard. We stayed in Sally Wattle which has a wonderful double shower and aircon - note that this cabin doesn’t have a spa. The carport is close to the cabin so easy for bringing in your supplies and luggage. We could not see nor hear the nearby cabin with whom we shared the double carport. The owners were helpful and quick to assist with rectifying some issues that we had with the comfort of the cabin which was greatly appreciated. There are DVDs, card and board games provided. Plenty of additional items provided such as insect repellent, seasoning and cooking oil, alfoil and glad wrap plus tea towels. Maleny is not too far away for meals or there is a pleasant local cafe nearby for breakfast or lunch. But there are plenty of amenities available for self-catering in the cabin too. A great location for relaxing and watching the birds as you sit on the deck overlooking the dam. "
