「Property was clean and well maintained. Ambient noise was horrendous and kept my partner and I up most of the evening. Multiple issues with other guests attempting to open our door woke us up and sound travels poorly between rooms」

「when we arrived at the hotel it had heavy rain, outside of eleverator or builiding floor were all very wet, we had to be walk very slowly to avoid falling down. We tried to have BBQ at swimmin pool, it was clean, but the light was not working well. The shower curtain was not possible to stop shower water to flood on shower room floow, due to poor design. The worst thing was our room carpet was very wet on second day morning, due to last night's rain. We can only say it was not a good...

「The room was beautiful and clean, Tess the manager was so friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the whole room was set out perfectly. We had the pool right outside of our room too.」
