The new, modern designed apartment with 70 m2 living space is located on the first floor of the prestigious "Villa Suzana" and offers a luxurious and relaxed atmosphere.

Our apartment consists of two bedrooms, a living room, fully equipped kitchen and dining area. There is also a 8 m2 balcony overlooking the sea.
Also from the living room window you can see the sea and the beach, which is located in the immediate vicinity.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped with oven, stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker, cutlery and crockery. Dining area offers a round dining table for 5 people.
Living area offers plenty of natural light and views of the sea. The living room is equipped with a modern sofa.
Each bedroom has king size bed. One bedroom is equipped with a boxspring bed, the second bedroom has a king size bed which can be converted into two separate single beds.
The large bathroom has a bath and a shower, a toilet, double sink and a bidet.
There is a separate toilet with the sink and toilet.
In the long hallway is a large built-in wardrobe with shelves and the storeroom behind the sliding doors.
All floors are marble. Apartment is air conditioned, all windows are equipped with roller blind mosquito nets.
The equipment of our apartment includes: Satellite TV, Internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
All electrical appliances are completely new.
Towels (but no beach towels), bed linen and kitchen towels are provided.

Smoking is only allowed outside the apartment, on the balcony.

The bathing bay with a long beach, which offers excellent swimming, can be reached in about three minutes on foot and is particularly suitable for children. In the immediate vicinity there are countless beaches and picturesque bays that offer bathing pleasure. It is about 10 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, where you can buy everything you need. Coffee bars and restaurants are also within walking distance.

Major seasons are July and August. May, June, September and October are especially suitable for seniors. It is especially nice in June and September. The weather is very nice and stable, the sea is warm and swimming is a great pleasure. There are few people on the beach. We recommend these months for those who want to spend a quiet holiday, enjoy the healing and clean sea air and beautiful, quiet days on island Brac.
