As a 6-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom property is just across the street from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean, this home is sure to fulfill your family vacation dreams. A well-equipped updated kitchen including all large and small appliances, dinnerware, cookware, glassware & utensils makes it ideal to prepare and serve meals. Exterior amenities include covered porches to relax, a private salt-water pool, and ample parking for up to six vehicles. Seasonal pool heat available for an added fee.

Close to the beach

This house was the perfect size for our family of 15. We were SO close to the beach. We would've like to have had kitchen hand towels, but everything else was very nice.

Family Vakay

We loved this property. It is as pictured. Great beach access. Close to many wonderful things to do. And many restaurants very close. We had a family vacation of 9 adults and 4 toddlers. Everyone loved it. Great pool out the back. Kids and adults all loved it. Very pleased it was everything stated and photos. We will definitely stay here again. We will most likely make this a yearly location. Can’t say enough about A Sandy Situation!!!
