Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay at Giant Jim's. It still has a beach cottage feel and while it's not super-updated (if you're looking for granite counters and high-end appliances, maybe not for you), I view this as a plus. Pool is small but highly functional, house was spotlessly clean and if what you care about are first row views and beach relaxation, Giant Jim's fits the bill. Easy walk to all the restaurants, as well. Listing is accurate and pix are a good representation. Also, I must say that Sea Star folks are great. Immediate responses to any questions, and always a real human being to text or talk to. 100% recommend Giant Jim's and Sea Star.

Giant Jim’s Beachfront Inn Review

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great Location! Adequate for 10 people (who really like each other). The overall condition was good. However, property is in need of a deep cleaning, including furniture. Dining Table was so sticky and dirty we couldn’t even get it clean. Floors were extremely dirty. If you wiped up a spill your cloth showed the floors are very dirty. Had an ant problem. Would consider staying there again, however, would be praying that it was better cleaned. If it wasn’t, would never rent again. In addition to a deep cleaning, we found used towels left in a bathroom and trash in the pool area. It would have been nice to know when to expect the pool and other maintenance people were coming. While we were there, we had someone come to change a battery for the locks, another person come and change the filters for the HVAC system, and the pool people came twice, just would have been nice to know when to expect them - this was not a show stopper. This review sounds a little negative, but it’s nothing that a very good deep cleaning couldn’t fix. I would recommend to others, but would advise them of the lack property cleanliness.

Beach House Vacation

Great location. Amazing view of the ocean. Beautiful beach. Walked, for the most part, everywhere. Restaurants & bars are close to the house. House is true to the online pics. Very clean & comfortable. We all had a great visit.

The BEST View!

This house is a must for any large family or group visiting the area! There is plenty of room, great amenities, and the cleanliness is top notch! Now let's talk about that view... The ocean can be seen from ANY beach facing rooms in the house. It is also great that you can choose to sit on the porches OR just simply sit in the living room or one of the upstairs bedrooms to take in the same view in the warmth (or cool) and comfort of the home. Our family had an amazing time at this location!

Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay. The property is just as described and even closer to the beach than it looks in the pictures. The view from the living room and upstairs master is breathtaking. I watched the sunrise right from my bed each morning. We watched dolphins from the deck. The area is very welcoming and family friendly.
