For your convenience: the kitchen has all the cooking utensils, pots pans, dishes you need to make your family beach snacks or a gourmet meal. The beach is across the street! You will love surfing the waves, playing in the sand, searching for seashells or taking a relaxing beach nap (wear sunscreen!). Come relax on the beach on hot summer days or enjoy the ocean air during the fall and winter.

Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or looking to get away by yourself, this home offers all the comforts of home but at the beach!

We rent to families and adults over the age of 25 only.

Southern Coast Vacations is a full-service rental company and wants to make sure you are as happy as possible with your vacation. If you experience any issues at all during your stay, please call us! 9 out of 10 times we are able resolve your issue over the phone within minutes by directing you to back up supplies, instructions, etc. If not, we are happy to send someone to assist you in person.
Although homes are often equipped with some non-perishable food items, such as sugar, coffee, and spices, we cannot guarantee they will be there. Guests are supplied with a starter set of paper products. Each rental will have 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom and 1 paper towel roll in the kitchen. Please come prepared with your own soaps or other needed toiletries such as dish detergent or laundry detergent. Please bring any blankets or towels you plan on using outside (pool or beach).
