Welcome to Serenity!
A spacious & immaculately cleaned 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home with a large yard for you to enjoy. Relax and have a cold drink on the deck. Our home has all you need to enjoy your vacation, full sized washer and dryer, starter amenities and even a BBQ. Less than a mile away is the beach, take a sunrise walk on the beach and see our resident dolphins. Bring your fishing poles and surf fish or take a walk down to our bass filled lake right in our neighborhood!
We pride ourselves here in Surfside Beach on our family friendly beach. Come enjoy our pristine beaches. Visit Murrell's Inlet for some night life and a walk on the marsh with their many water side bar's with live music. Charleston is only an hour and a half drive to experience the lowcoutry at it's best. Step back into time and tour one of our many plantations. Surfside Beach has preserved land that once was The Ark Plantation. We are a Autism friendly town! Visit us and enjoy all we have to offer here in South Carolina.

Beautiful house inside, but have to downgrade due to several factors. Lawn not mowed, pine needles all over deck, beds incredibly uncomfortable. Garbage full when arrived and when I said something to host, answer was we could take a trip to recycle center to dump trash from previous tenants ourselves. Supposed to have keypad lock but was told day before arrival that previous tenants broke. Lockbox key was a bit of an inconvenience. Road to house has a LOT of potholes.

Home away from home in Surfside

This treasure had everything a beach vacation needed and then some. The property is like 5 minutes from Surfside beach main access which is a family friendly beach just south of Myrtle Beach which allowed for easy access to all the frills of Myrtle Beach and a bedroom community to relax in and take walks with our dog. The gas BBQ was icing on the cake to allow us to cookout several nights. Eva was readily available to answer messages through the App Chat and we thoroughly enjoyed our time at her property would stay there again 100%.

Your home was perfect for our family.

We had outdoor space for our pets & seating for us all outside as well as inside. I loved the little touch of the individually wrapped toiletries for each of us. The personalized note was so sweet. Your home is a very comfortable and welcoming home. There were beach toys for our 8 year old niece and games for the adults. We would definitely love to stay here again. 12 out of 10!

New Kids First Beach Experience

We took in kids as kinship foster placement, they wanted to see the beach for the first time ever. All reasonable priced hotels were booked and the rest was way out of my budget. Then I seen this place, kids bedrooms were upstairs, master bedroom downstairs, washer & dryer, internet, we could take the dogs outside in the back. I was. Little concerned as the neighbor had some big dogs and they would come into the yard and use the bathroom. My dogs are dachshunds and I didn’t want them getting hurt. Shops & beach were just a couple minutes from the house. Loved it.
