「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and...

「Booked a compact room and it is exactly how you would imagine. If you plan on staying out and exploring then this would be perfect for you. Room was clean and had a desk, TV, sink, microwave, fan, and mini fridge. The only downsides were the narrow staircase, the noises, and the bed. We were on the third level which has a very narrow staircase making it hard to navigate with luggage. The rooms are very close to each other so you can hear everything, especially when people go up the stairs. The...

「Vor Anreise wurde uns ein Zimmer im 2. Stock zugewiesen.
