“Very clean and handy for Balham and the underground.”

“Very close to tube station. We had to be moved from the first room as the sofa bed was unusable. Second room was larger and the sofa bed was ok. Wouldn’t want the girls to have slept on if to more than a night or so.. the shower was’t the best but did the job for one shower. Pub was lovely with a great range of beers and the food was excellent. Staff were really helpful.and friendly.”

“The website for this hotel looked way nicer than the reality. The pillows and duvet smelled of stale sweat. The mattress was old, and the furniture of a low quality or damaged. The window frames were damaged, and the water pressure in the bathroom was weak. I had booked another stay here in coming weeks, but I have cancelled that based on this uncomfortable stay”

“Staff were very polite and helpful the guest house is fairly clean and quiet we had a comfortable stay”

“Lovely location looking onto the river very secure short walk to town I only stayed one night whilst attending a wedding I felt welcomed staff and members were friendly It was lovely waking up to the sounds of the river and Sunday church bells Nice to see croquet on the lawn Relaxed public areas lovely and bright”

“Took 45mins to check in in the stifling heat only to find our room didn't have any provisions whatsoever for the heat. No fan, no air con and to top it off, the fridge didn't work so we couldn't even cool our drinking water. Staff (Sri Lankan fella behind the desk) was about as much use as a pair of sunglasses on on bloke with 1 ear. Don't stay here. Be warned.”

“Be aware, this is not a hotel, but rather a house located in a residential area with only three rooms. There is no breakfast, no swimming pool, and it is definitely not the so-called four-star hotel they claimed it to be. The three rooms share a single bathroom, and there are rules against showering and blow-drying your hair past 11 PM and before 7 AM. The rooms are small and dimly lit. Once you fall for their trap, there's no recourse, and the price is very high. I will never return.”

“Dishan is awesome and very helpfull. Is a cozy place , few minutes walk from Hounslow Central Station. There are a variety of places to dine .”

“A bit dusty. Left a stuff but cannot get in touch with the host”
