The Wildbirch Hotel - JDV by Hyatt
10/10 Excellent
"The Wildbirch is an excellent hotel. I stayed for a week for work and the room was clean, good sized, quiet and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and kind as well. The restaurant menu needs work but the bar is fabulous. Will be back!"
Hotel Captain Cook
10/10 Excellent
"My only Anchorage home away from home.Superb staff. Clearly begins at the top."
Wyndham Garden Anchorage Airport
8/10 Good
"I'd heard so many good and bad that I wasn't sure if wanted to stay but we did. It is an older establishment but the staff do their best to keep it up. Some furniture was worn but clean and functional. House keepers were wonderful...shout out to Katrina our housekeeper, Outstanding. And Katrina in Reception also Outstanding! IMPORTANT NOTE: we were told to digitally give tips to our housekeeper but we didnt have the machine in our room, so we gave ours directly to her. Someone evidently is going in before the housekeepers and getting the tips left in room. Not nice people earn that. Anyway loved our stay and the staff we interacted with. P.S. rooms were clean and the only problem was the fridge; it would make loud bangs like someone throwing rocks at it. We let front desk know so that they can change it out."
La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anchorage Airport
8/10 Good
"Staff was pleasant and helpful. Room was clean and quiet, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was your typical offering for free breakfasts, but good enough to get your day started."
Merrill Field Inn
10/10 Excellent
"Great experience"
Puffin Inn of Anchorage
8/10 Good
"Fine for one night. Breakfast was minimal but fine. Overall clean and warm."
Alaska's Lake Lucille B&B
10/10 Excellent
"The lakeside property was beautiful. My only negative comment, and this will admittedly be different for every traveler, is that I found the bed to be way too firm for my taste."
Aspen Suites Hotel Anchorage Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Nice clean hotel with a great downtown location. Bed and pillows were comfy!"
Eagle River Lodge
10/10 Excellent
"The property is easy to find, clean and comfortable. It’s a convenient place to stay in the area. Everything was as needed. The staff is available via phone, but they are on site and very courteous. We would definitely stay again."
