「I believed I was renting a luxury retreat. What we found at the property was not as described. It was located on a very busy highway that you heard all day and night. The gourmet kitchen had outdated appliances and no room for groceries. The bed linens were poor quality and the mattresses were horrible. There were no dressers or benches for luggage.
