    Travel with your extended family, friendly couples and several families to this magnificent accommodation and spend an unforgettable vacation in these historic walls. Look forward to many large rooms, which you will create a great atmosphere with cozy furnishings, pictures and decorations, inviting you to enjoy the time together in the different rooms.



    The park-like garden is in no way inferior to the house. Gather for dinner in the garden or watch your children playing in the garden. A beautiful pool is available for you to cool off. While some romp in the water, the others can enjoy the sun while walking through the rose garden.



    If you want to leave your oasis of peace and relaxation, you can go hiking and biking in the regional nature park dell'Antichissima Città di Sutri. You don't have to miss out on the water either, as two lakes can be reached by car for day trips. Swim in Lago di Vico and enjoy the nature park Bracciano Martignano, where not only the lake is an attraction!

Superb!

The house and grounds are spectacular and the house is very well equipped. It was very hot the week we were there and so air conditioning would have been better. However, it was possible to stay cool by shutting the sun out and there are large fans in the bedrooms. The pool is amazing and was a godsend in the hot weather. The keepers, Costantino & his wife Helena who live at the back of the property were friendly but not intrusive at all. The property is well located with many things to see in the region. We will be back!

Una vacanza da Principi

Splendida ed immensa proprietà che fa sognare ad occhi aperti ed offre una vacanza veramente regale e magica. Mamma di quattro figli abbiamo trascorso delle meravigliose ferie accolti dalla signora Pamela e sua figlia e dal signor Costantin che con l'aiuto di sua moglie Elena, presenti ma non invadenti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. La Torraccia è un edificio storico arredato con arte e con un fantastico parco ben curato, infatti non è evidente rendere delle vecchie pietre funzionali ed accoglienti (cucina moderna ed attrezzata). I miei ragazzi hanno votato ad un'unanimità per la prenotazione dell'anno prossimo, what else ? Grazie Principe per averci dato l'opportunità di conoscere la vostra Torraccia e soprattutto grazie a Pamela e Costantin
