“We had a really lovely stay — everything was clean, comfortable, and just as described. The space felt very welcoming, and we appreciated how easy everything was from check-in to check-out. The kitchen and washroom being well-stocked were such a nice surprise and made our stay even more convenient. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay — honestly a 100/10 experience! “There was a bit of difficulty initially getting into the home. However, after speaking to Lenny, she was able to reset the lock code, for my family of 5 to enter, within 10 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and Lenny was very responsive to all communication. Her home was comfortable and clean. I would recommend her home to any family staying in Barrie. Thank you Lenny!”

“I stayed at this place a month. Traveling for work and needed a temporary place. Terry is an extremely anxious and overbearing person to deal with. Everything was taking out of proportion. Apartment is not as advertised. It was clean but furniture was old and worn out. They were saving on heat. The basement apartment was cold. They controlled the thermostat. I was at home only in the evening and that was enough to freeze. In the end, 8 days after I moved out she sent me pictures of her old cheap……

Also, there was no one on site when I got there and I was unable to contact my host as that can only be accomplished via the Vrbo app which, of course, doesn’t work without WiFi/internet access. Property is also extremely close to the road so it was quite noisy.”
