This place is really bad. No hot water, door doesn't close, too noisy, dirty bathrooms. I recommend not staying at this place at all.

Issues with TV but sorted the same day. Meals and Bar staff great. Reception friendly and helpful. House maid was always pleasant and polite. Possibly some maintenance on rooms walls and windows. Paint coming adrift and windows difficult to open.

The shower broke in the bathroom and cut my son’s foot, I told the front desk but they really didn’t care much, did not here from the manager or any other staff for three days we were there, I wish I could have moved to some other hotel after the first day, We will never stay there again, My son foot still hurt and that ruined our vacation,

Mold and meldew on air conditioning leads, cannot bring any outside liquor in spite of not your favourite drinks in that expensive bar but a small cheap standard bar. No hairdryer. Breakfast just a bread, butter, jam and three pieces of fruit on request. Taken photos if requested
