“The location is beautiful and the ferries across to Vaxholm are easy to use. The house is very pretty and quirky and the beds were comfortable, although we had to make them ourselves on arrival. The kitchen is well equipped with nice coffee machines and cooker etc but it would be helpful to have some larger serving bowls for salad etc! It was great to have access to paddle boards which the teenagers made good use of. The instructions for the various toilets were a bit confusing but the host……

“For our family it was a wonderful stay in a beautiful country with unique nature. A dream! We went swimming in the Baltic Sea, collected mushrooms and cooked together in the cozy house. Thank you for the great stay and we would love to come back!”

Even though the weather didn’t cooperate much we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, and the outdoor covered dining area was where we spent most of our time! Constantin’s house had everything we needed. Kids enjoyed the toys in the playhouse and trampoline and swings outside. Adults enjoyed the natural setting and privacy. Close to Vaxholm where you can take ferries to Stockholm or enjoy the archipelago life. Store nearby has limited……

“We stayed during our May holiday at this amazing home. The main home and the boat houses are absolutely amazing. We stayed there with 10 kids and 4 adults and we had a magical week. Even though the weather was not superb, the closeness to Stockholm provided enough distraction as well. Will for sure be back during summer. Also, our host was super helpful with all questions so overall a big 10 from our side”

“Wir haben als Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder) 1 Woche in dem wundervollen Cottage verbracht. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat. Es ist zwar klein und teilweise renovierungsbedürftig, aber es hat definitiv Charme und die Lage ist einmalig. Wir haben abwechselnd in dem kleinen Häuschen direkt am Wasser übernachtet und es war einfach nur toll. Wir haben das Boot für Erkundungstouren genutzt und waren auch im Wasser schwimmen. Wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall, mit der Fähre vom Anleger……

“Our stay in Sweden was wonderful! The cottage was small but perfectly comfortable for me and my sisters stay. Transportation too and from Stockholm was easy with the ferry and subway availability. We also enjoyed the immediate access to miles of hiking trails through the forest with the town and shopping within walking distance as well! Our host was extremely responsive and helpful! “Ein kleines Haus auf einem wunderbaren Grundstück. Ein herzlicher Empfang durch die direkt neben dem Haus (10m) wohnenden Gastgebern. Funktionale Inneneinrichtung, die in die Jahre gekommen ist. Bei Bett und Couch ist der Begriff „Patina“ nicht mehr anzuwenden. Stark durchgesessen / durchgelegen. Der Fernsehtechnik war nicht in Gang zu bringen, der DVD Player nicht vorhanden. Trotz traumhafter Lage und wunderschönen Zugängen zu einem See, haben wir uns entschieden, nach einer Nacht……

“Vi är supernöjda med vår vistelse på Marhomlen. Vi hyrde en stuga som var stor, mysig & fräsch. Fanns mycket aktiviteter att göra på ön och ön var även så fin & mysig att strosa omkring på. Vi fiskade, badade och hyrde roddbåt. Rekommenderar verkligen!”
