The Villa Erika is located in a quiet residential area in the village of Jursici in Istria.The ground floor consists of a cozy living room with a fireplace, next to which there is a fully equipped wooden kitchen with a dining area. The rooms are all equipped with free WiFi, some with satellite TV. All bedrooms have their own bathroom with shower, three of which have access to a terrace, loggia or balcony with a sea view. Outside there is a large covered terrace with a grill.A spacious pool ensures perfect relaxation on warm summer days. On the cozy brick lounge you will find optimal space to enjoy the sunset in the evening. Here you have a wonderful view of the greenery.Grocery store, restaurant and cafe are within walking distance.The small, romantic neighboring town of Svetvinčenat, known for its medieval castle, offers numerous cafes and restaurants. In addition, some festivals and events (e.g. dance, theater, cheese festival, castle festival) take place there every year. Experience the charm of this small town and feel the medieval atmosphere of this place.It is a 15-minute drive to the wonderful beaches around the former fishing village of Fazana. Historic Pula is only 20 minutes away. The picturesque harbor town of Rovinj with its narrow medieval streets can be reached in half an hour.Discover the beautiful Central Istria by mountain bike or on foot. Designated cycling and hiking trails lead you through the smallest of towns, vineyards and olive groves. Distances: post office 8000m, emergency room 25000m, gas station 7000m, shop 1000m, center 8000m, sea 14000m, beach 14000m, airport 21000m.

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der Villa Erika. Nach einigen Spanien und Kroatien Urlauben in Ferienhäusern, gehört dieses Haus zu den Besten, die wir je hatten. Tolle Zimmer und Bäder, eine tolle Ausstattung innen wie außen!
