We had the best few days at Kestrel Barn. It far exceeded our expectations and was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Owners were super helpful and nothing was too much trouble . Can’t wait to visit again 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fabulous weekend

Had a wonderful time catching up with family at Kestrel Barn. Whole property finished to a very high standard, hot tub a win and the best array of kitchen utensils ever! Comfortable beds, hot showers, cosy sofa and a great location.

Fantastic, spacious barn conversion which was super clean and close enough to walk into town.

Fantastic, spacious barn conversion which was super clean and close enough to walk into town. Loved the open plan downstairs space with plenty of room for 7 adults and 2 dogs. Everyone commented on how comfortable the beds were. Nice touches of wine and fresh bread on arrival and super friendly owners. There was a small paddock for the dogs to play in and the hot tub was always hot after a winter walk. Thoroughly recommend.

Stunning house and great location

As the title says, the house was stunning and very comfortable and in a great location for travelling around and exploring Norfolk. Quiet and peaceful location but also only 10mins walk into Swaffham. Very warm welcome from Maria and Aiden on arrival. Would definitely stay here again the next time I’m in the area.

Kestrel barn

Good location red lion in Swaffham very good.Carvery in the ship is good value. we went to cressington work house great day out for all ages 25 mins away. Hot tub was nice when we got back to the barn. Bedingfeld arms is lovely had a nice one night stay here great food and staff overall a lovely Easter break

Top quality accommodation

At first glance the property had a distinct wow factor. We found the open plan downstairs layout totally suited to our family, with its well-equipped kitchen and plentiful seating. The main bedroom was absolutely huge, and we were impressed with the quality of the beds and linen provided. Everything about the property was very clean, and the hot tub was a total hit with the younger adults. Our hosts were friendly and keen to meet our needs. I don’t think they could have done any more to make our stay any better. We will certainly consider staying here again.
