「Some of the basics were not provided on our stay so really wasn't worth the money. Communication - didn't receive the check-in details by email as instructions said. The day before the stay I tried to contact the host multiple ways, including Hotels.com support x 2, with no luck. Eventually on the day of the stay I was told I would get the information at 12pm. 「Communication was a bit slow, had to send 2 mails before I got the check-in info bit as a standard mail they send out the day before. Stressed me out since we were going to another country. The apartment is pretty good. Beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are good but the kitchen was poorly stocked, and the apartment was very dirty.
