Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is lovely - photos don't do it justice! Well equipped kitchen, cosy living room and comfy beds. Great views of the sea and walks nearby. No bath towels provided, which the host told us so we brought with, but there was also no hand towel in the bathroom. Bring your own!

Lovely property for young families and couples. I’d be cautious if elderly as the stairs as difficult to navigate. We loved the quirkiness though. A few tiny things probably need sorting but only quick fixes. We would definitely recommend and we would love to return. Shame they didn’t have a washing machine infact I would rather have had this facility over dishwasher but that’s just our preference with young children. Nice touch with milk in fridge and Welsh cakes! Thank you guys we’ve had a lovely holiday 😊

The location is really lovely with view to the sea…and short and pleasant walk to the Sandy beach which was deserted. Great waves perfect for body boarding.

The property had all we could ask for. The terrace with the sea view was perfect. It was a picturesque, quiet location and we had a wonderful break.

We had five nights in this very pleasant light and airy house. Well equipped, lovely and quiet with just a ten minute walk down to the coastal footpath. (path erosion and a rocky shoreline makes getting to the beach possible but a bit tricky) Perfect for exploring the coastline, just half an hour’s walk from the cottage to the beach at Horton. The welcome details warn of a step in the living area - a visual marker here would make it safer. We put a mat down so we could easily see the step. The stairs are steep so care is needed.

Beautiful location, comfortable accommodation, direct communication with hosts was good but did not work through the Home away website. Great stay even without perfect weather.

The owner was extremely helpful at all times giving suggestions and answering any questions. Slightly odd stay due to not being able to eat out in many places due to Covid, however, location of property was stunning and convenient to explore The Gower.
