“Wir waren bereits zum 7. Mal im Baltic Park Fort über VacationClub und bisher immer sehr zufrieden. Die Apartments waren stets sauber, die Lage an Promenade und Strand sehr gut und wir hatten schöne Kurzurlaube. In den letzten Aufenthalten hat sich einiges verändert (u. a. keine Rezeption mehr, wechselnde Check-in-Abläufe), womit wir noch zurechtkamen. Beim vorletzten Aufenthalt gab es bereits Probleme mit unangenehmem Geruch im Zimmer (vermutlich Lüftung), der trotz Meldung nicht behoben……

“Leider war unser Aufenthalt nicht so, wie wir es aufgrund der Beschreibung erwartet hatten. Besonders enttäuschend war, dass im Angebot ein Pool abgebildet war, bei unserer Ankunft jedoch klar wurde, dass dieser zum Radisson Hotel gehört und nur gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr genutzt werden kann. Diese Information war vor der Anreise für uns nicht ersichtlich. Auch beim WLAN gab es zunächst Probleme. Nach einem Anruf konnte das Problem zwar gelöst werden, allerdings war die Kontaktaufnahme mit……

“Anlage optisch sauber, die ersten Meter im Gebäude sind etwas erschreckend, die Wohnung war gut. Die Tür zum Bad lässt sich nicht richtig schließen, sie muss abgeschlossen werden, etwas umständlich. Balkon verdreckt mit altem Vogelkot an der Brüstung, sehr klein und die Sitze zu tief,alles etwas zusammen gewürfelt. Die Küche war sauber, nur kleine Töpfe und Pfannen, die Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, bzw wenig gepflegt (Kalk). Bett war völlig in Ordnung, Matratze nicht zu……
