「駅からわかりやすいルートで、ほぼ段差が無く重たいスーツケースを持って移動するのも苦労しませんでした。 お部屋はとても清潔で、ベッドも快適でした。シャワールームにはロクシタンのアメニティが揃い、シャワーの温度や水圧も丁度よかったです。(海外のシャワーでここまで快適だったことはほとんど無いです！) 落ち着いた灯り、静かな環境、どのスタッフも感じが良く、長く滞在したいと感じられるホテルでした。 ゾロトゥルンは初めて知った街でしたが、今回スイスで幾つかの街を巡った中でも1番気に入りました。是非また訪れたいと強く思っています？」

「The location has its good and bad. It is located in the center of the city. That means it is very convenient. However, it is located next to the St. Johann Reformed Church. You will hear the clock rings every hour (until 10 or 11pm). You will hear noise (people partying and talking during mid-night). There is no AC, when you shut the windows, you may feel very hot at night. 」

「My partner and I were appalled by the misleading information given on Hotels.com. We saw a plaque at the hotel entrance that says “Four Stars 2026”, which means right now it is NOT a four-star hotel; it is HELL. I don’t understand why we were given thick blankets at the height of summer, a dusty mini fan and a mini fridge that doesn’t work. We had the WORST sleep for two nights. We couldn’t open the windows because it was noisy outside. My partner became sick and I think my cancer got worst...

「車站走路五分鐘左右 離波登湖畔很近 門禁管制有房卡才能感應出入 有電梯不用扛行李 用餐區採光好 附近很多餐廳還有百貨公司藥妝店 唯一缺點是不好停車」
