If there was another hotel nearby I would have checked out and gone there instead of staying in this hell hole. I've stayed in this hotel before and it was lovely, now it is dreadful. Fantastic place to stay in a great city. We had a two bed family apartment. Lovely size and decor and breathtaking views. Would 100% stay again. Minor criticism is a lack of cooking utensils in the kitchen, plus no oven gloves or tea towels. With having an oven and hob it could do with better equipment ...

Reception war nur zum Schlüsselübergabe und Abnahme der 1000 złoty Kaution geöffnet. Danach warde der Zugang verweigert. Anrufe und E-Mails über defekte im Apartment wurden ignoriert.
