「The lobby environment is cheerful. But there is no water boiler nor refrigerator in the room which is a bit inconvenient.」

「Great room, lovely space and amenities. Extremely clean and tidy. Loved that there was a kitchenette to cook as well. the location is very central for trains, bus rides and its so close to the airport. My only reservation is that the mattress cover could be a bit thicker and comfortable.」

「Convenient location and good staff service.」

「Worst airport hotel ever at that price range. Alsmost no amenities, one small pillow, towel, and small blanket for 2 persons stay. I had to go down to the reception to make a complain and after speaking to the expressionless front desk staff, I was given one item of each to bring back to the room by myself. The floor, was not properly cleaned」

「I had a fantastic experience at Locke Copenhagen. I was in a fully wheelchair accessible room, which was beautiful. The staff went out of their way to help me. I would love to come back!」

「The staff did all they could, but when there simply isnt enough staff, not much they can do about it. It took a fairly long time to queue for check in, we had dinner in 1 restaurant, needed to wait for quite a bit simply for a staff to be free to show us the table, orders and pay the bills etc. This is probably management problem rather than individuals...」

「no water for shower at all」

「Helpful staff.」

「Location wise, the hotel is perfect for attending concerts at the Royal Arena, but that’s it. The room is very basic. We don’t even get a kettle.」
