There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a car-sharing app such as Uber.

A little improvement would bring it up to excellent

The location is brilliant with easy access to ferry and a bit of a steep walk to Edgecliff station. It is also (surprisingly) extremely quiet.A couple of things would improve the property• fly screens on the back deck doors and the front grill door so they can be opened up to get a through breeze.• A safety issue is the fact that you can only lock or unlock the front grill door from the outside. Difficult in an emergency situation.Minor issues* draining board for kitchen for those who do not use the dishwasher * air freshener for bathroom* Blue throw in main bedroom needs washing* the corner unit and under sink unit in the kitchen are in poor repair.* jar of Vegemite in the pantry would be bonus!!!* did not expect it to be surrounded by flats and looking into what I assume was the outdoor toilet/laundry - a bit of a disappointment when sitting outside.All in all very good - thank you
