You'll be living the high life from this split-level penthouse in the heart of the CBD. Showcasing glass walls that frame incredible city views during the day and night, this penthouse offers exceptional luxury living at its finest. Entertain or relax in one of its three outdoor living zones, each with skyscraper vistas, allowing for beautiful natural light to stream in. Step outside and you're footsteps to Darling Harbour, Chinatown, Town Hall Station and abundant cafe, restaurants and shops.
Crowning the top of the Jade Apartment building in Haymarket, this penthouse offers unrivalled luxury living in the city centre. It's staged across two levels and designed with full-height glass walls to create a beautiful connection with the outdoors and frame spectacular skyscraper views. Enjoy the apartment's three outdoor living zones, which are naturally sunlit during the day and glistening at night.

As you enter the loft you will be greeted by an impressive spiral staircase transporting you upstairs. Here you'll find the open-plan living area with plush lounges fronting a gas fireplace and a large LG smart TV catering to all your entertainment needs. There is a spacious indoor dining area and two balconies, the first with a BBQ, sun loungers and casual outdoor dining table, while the second allows you to take in barrel views down Sussex Street. The chef's kitchen features state-of-the-art Smeg appliances to whip up a delicious meal. There are tea and coffee facilities and all utensils and crockery needed for your stay.

In the evening, retreat to one of three bedrooms, all located downstairs—with split-system cooling on this level to keep temperatures comfortable. The primary bedroom has a high-end De Rucci king-sized bed, LG smart TV, balcony access and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and also benefits from balcony access, with an egg chair where you can sip your morning coffee or an afternoon wine. The third bedroom also has a queen-sized bed, topped with hotel-style linens. Both the ensuite and main bathroom feature a powerful spa shower, toilet and vanity and include complimentary boutique toiletries for your stay.

Enjoy the convenience of a washing machine and dryer in the main bathroom, perfect for those longer stays.
During your stay, you and your group will have the entire space to yourself. Please make yourself at home!

On the edge of the CBD, Haymarket is home to Sydney’s Chinatown and bound by Darling Harbour and Central Station. It’s renowned for its excellent dining scene, spanning fine dining to dumpling bars, hidden food halls and Asian grocers. Market City is home to factory outlets and famous Paddy’s Markets (Wednesday-Sunday) on the ground floor – known for its Australian souvenirs. Catch a performance at the historic Capital Theatre, walk across The Goods Line through Ultimo, see Darling Harbour and if you’re travelling with the kids don’t miss SEA Life Sydney Aquarium. Sample delicious street food such as yum cha, teppanyaki and pho at the Sydney Chinatown Markets open each Friday.

Beautiful Modern Penthouse in Sydney
