Boasting 3 separate living areas so that everyone has their space, this ultra contemporary beach home is spread over 3 sumptuous levels, taking full advantage of the ocean backdrop from all floors. Immaculately finished using a blend of marble, stainless steel and timber detailing, the stylish kitchen is located on the main entry level and comes complete with quality fully integrated appliances. A huge walk-in pantry (easily as big as the kitchen) which accommodates a huge walk-in cool room along with abundant storage and bench space makes preparing meals a breeze.

Dining for 12+ is easily accommodated in the dedicated dining area which flows out to the large tiled deck and ocean panoramas. The living area complete with 3D 65 inch LED Television is off the other end of the kitchen and opens to the 15 metre tiled pool and manicured gardens.

A family room with leather lounges and a table tennis table also is situated on the ground level.

The 1st level of the property has 5 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (see photo of main bathroom). Another spacious living area with a deck out to the views of the beach.

The 2nd level consists of the luxurious master suite. It has expansive views of the beach as well as magnificent district views. The suit has a stylish en suite bathroom.

The superb outdoor 15 metre swimming pool with a gas heated spa as well as a beautiful outdoor sauna.

There is underfloor heating to kitchen, living areas and all bathrooms. The upstairs living area has a bar with fridge and dishwasher a 65 inch LED TV.

Holding prime position overlooking North Curl Curl Beach, this home is just a few minutes walk to the sand and surf. Local cafes, convenience stores and public transport are also at the bottom of the street while Manly Beach is 10-15 minutes by car or bus. Dee Why beach and an array of beachfront dining is also a short 10 minute walk over the headland.

We only accept “family” type group settings to our property. We do not accept any group that are planning to have a party. There is a completely seperate apartment under the property where the owners reside so can be available to assist with anything to make the stay as comfortable as possible
