“Fun and different. Beautiful to wonder around. Good food. My only complaint is that everything closes at 5pm. It’s dead. Can’t eat or shop or anything after 5. Room was great. Bed was nice. Pillows hard and big. Haha ”

“The hotel is lovely, under 20 minutes drive from several trails of Snowdon, and although it is on the busy A5, the rooms are quiet. The food and drinks were excellent, if a little on the expensive side. And the hotel is a 10 minute drive outside Betws-Y-Coed, so if you want a change of venue for your meal, it means driving, we would have used the local bus service but it stopped running after 7pm. There are some nice walking routes around the hotel too. ”

The food was nothing short of amazing, with the Sunday carvery being a highlight – it's a hit with the locals too, so a tip for future guests: make sure to book in advance.
