Out LA trip was car-free, and we were in easy proximity to buses, trains and rental bikes. The staff was friendly and helpful. "

"There were shops in the attached mall. Parking available for $25 in the shopping mall, but no in-and-out privileges. The front desk staff was very professional and accommodating. The pool was outdoors and quite cold. The overall ambience of the hotel was very nice. Room was comfortable and good water pressure. Good location--many restaurants next door in mall and walking distance to metro station. Would stay here again. "
