Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche über den Jahreswechsel in diesem neuen Objekt verbracht. Die Einrichtung ist durchgestylt und alles Wichtige ist vorhanden, die Lage nahe dem Strandzugang und fußläufig nur 15 Minuten zum Zentrum ist perfekt.

nicht gefallen hat uns die Küche, sie war in einer dunklen Ecke, die Treppe ins Obergeschoß sehr steil und schmal, sowie auch die Treppe im Treppenhaus. gefallen hat uns, dass die Wohnung sehr geräumig war mit viel Stauraum und die Lage dicht an der Himmelsleiter. Für Hunde allerdings ist diese Wohnung schon wegen der vielen steilen Treppen ungeeignet.

Eine sehr hochwertiges und komfortabel eingerichtetes Appartement, mit viel Platz und Stauraum. Alles ist neu und schick, ohne jegliche Abnutzung.Die beiden Bäder sind groß und optimal eingerichtet. Die Lage ist super, fußläufig zum Strand, Stellplatz vor der Haustüre und sehr ruhig. Insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
