Attic in villa, with private entrance and all services, a few meters from the sea and 7 km from the city of Syracuse and its historic center, Ortigia. The attic is located on the first floor of the villa with an independent entrance and parking inside the property. Bonne adresse en bord de mer près de Syracuse

Accueil sympa et décontracté par notre hôte qui habite au rez de chaussée. Appartement assez grand pour 4 personnes avec terrasse vue sur la mer qui est à 50 m.. Plafond en pente un peu bas au dessus de la baignoire. Parking facile dans le parc fermé devant la maison. Adresse à retenir.
