VILLA JADE SEA AND RELAX

We rent, location 'WHITE-SYRACUSE FOUNTAINS, a nice holiday home, furnished with all amenities. The house is a five minute walk from one of the sandy beaches most 'beautiful in our area. The house consists of a kitchen-living room, two bedrooms (both air conditioned), bathroom and large verandas, ideal for up to 4 people. All windows have mosquito nets. The house is complete with dishes, refrigerator, washing machine, clothes horse, outdoor barbecue and fans.
We provide, if required, bed linen and towels.
The catchment charges (water, gas and electricity) are included in the price, only for the use of air conditioners, "if excessive", the electricity will be counted by the unit counter of 0.32 € / unit cost. Moreover, despite the proximity to the sea and to all amenities such as restaurants, pizzerias, bars, tobacco, medical, pharmacy, supermarket and more, it is located on a street that provides privacy and shelter from traffic noise.
About 100 mt. there is the stop of the train to Syracuse and Avola / Noto.
Our guests can now choose to enjoy a holiday of extreme relaxation sun / sea, or visit the most famous and beautiful places in eastern Sicily including Syracuse, Vendicari, Portopalo, Noto, Pachino, Marzamemi, etc ...
(Motorway in the immediate vicinity).

Fantastic family stay in Fontane Bianche

We had a brilliant stay as a family of four in this lovely villa in Fontane Bianche. The pool and outdoor living space was perfect for us, the villa was equipped with everything we needed and the bedrooms were lovely. The location was great, being walking distance to a number of good restaurants, shops and the lovely Fontane Bianche beach area as well as short drives from Syracuse/Ortigia and to other towns in the south. Rosella was a wonderful host, going out of her way to welcome us in and to check in on the pool during the week, as well as making the check out process really easy. We would have no hesitation recommending.

Einfach nur schön

Eine Woche hatten wir mit unserem kleinen Hund an diesem schönen Ort. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub und die Gastgeberin Rosella tut alles, damit es ihren Gästen gut geht. Sie ist immer erreichbar und stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit moderner Technik klappt die Verständigung auch auf Englisch hervorragend. Wir kommen jederzeit gerne wieder.

Very nice hosts, lovely facility

We enjoyed the pool and the outside living area very much. The Apartment is in close driving distance to the nice beach of fontane bianche. Highly recommendable.

Vivre à l'extérieur

Résidence conforme aux photos, terrasse extérieure répondant à toutes les attentes d'un séjour en Sicile en juillet , le top , afin de profiter du climat et de la fraîcheur du soir ...propriétaires très accueillants et sympathiques malgré notre difficulté à nous exprimer en ? Un mélange de langues (anglais, italien , français, espagnol ) ... mais une attention bienveillante et particulière tout au long du séjour. Location bien située afin de découvrir la Sicile baroque tout en étant à proximité de plages sympas , eaux turquoises et chaudes à souhait ! Nous allons partager cette adresse avec nos amis . Ein Ort zum Verweilen

Die Kommunikation mit Rosella hat sehr gut geklappt. Wir haben uns über Translate mit viel Herzlichkeit über alles Notwendige sehr gut austauschen können. Auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthalts kam prompt eine Antwort. Der Wohnbereich ist klein, erfüllt aber alle Ansprüche für guten Schlaf. Der Aussenbereich ist traumhaft. Wir haben uns komplett dorthin verlegt und dort gekocht, gelesen, gespielt, gebastelt, einfach entspannt. Auch beim Abschied war es wieder sehr angenehm mit Rosella.

Adresse à recommander. Appartement idéalement placé, avec plages de sable ou rocher à 5 min , mer turquoise . Quartier calme , appartement intérieur et extérieur joli comme sur les photos . Cuisine extérieure , le top . Barbecue , le top . Idéal pour vivre dehors du matin au soirée prolongée . Rossella est très accueillante et disponible si besoin . Vacances réussies

Ci siamo trovati benissimo, pulita e ordinata con tutti gli accessori. Comodo alla spiaggia libera... Un po' meno a quella attrezzata. La casa molto bella, con un bel spazio esterno dove mangiare e cucinare. Nel complesso un ottimo posto dove soggiornare.

Great property

It was more than we expected! The house itself is not very big but we used it just to sleep. We spent most of the time when we where there on the veranda that is absolutely amazing. We cooked, ate, watched TV, relaxed outside. A beautiful, sandy beach is just a few minutes away. Though, we preferred to go to Gelsomineto Spiaggia that we highly recommend. Rossella and her family were very helpful and kind. Overall we had a great experience! We'll definitely return.

Vacanza favolosa!

Abbiamo soggiornato a Villa Giada per una settimana e non ci è mancato nulla. Rossella è stata sempre disponibile e gentilissima, venendoci incontro in ogni occasione. La casa è localizzata in ottima posizione, in una zona tranquilla e non molto trafficata, ma comunque vicina alla spiaggia di fontane bianche, raggiungibile a piedi in una decina di minuti. La villa è dotata di ogni comfort, con un ampio spazio esterno in cui è possibile trascorrere piacevoli serate in compagnia godendosi la brezza estiva.
