「The hotel had just opened like two weeks prior, so there was some things that was still needed to be adjusted like the TV and the phones in my initial room didn’t work. No I did not like the fact that when I got to the hotel, there was no one at the front desk. I had to wait for someone to come. Very very helpful though. Staff was very pleasant and helpful」

He was also very welcoming and cooked an incredible breakfast. If you are interested in Massachusetts and/or early American history and want a stay with a difference I would thoroughly recommend Josiah Keith House.」

We had three rooms, one had a dead roach on the nightstand, another room had food and pills behind the nightstand, walls filthy, another room looked like only the beds were made. Our hallway had a leak so there were trashcans in the hall. Dirty property and smelt terrible. Front desk staff were nice though」

「The property is clean and comfortable, I had to request for change of room at 3:00 am, due to a very strong chemical smell in my room. Front desk staff very friendly and very helpful. The Cleaning lady , was very disrespectful and very rude. We were inquiring if there is a restaurant or a beverage machine in the property....」
