“The condo was exactly as advertised. Great location, walking distance to most everything you need. Down hill and x-country skiing was exceptional, the hot tub and heated pool was used daily. Roger was very quick to respond and made our trip enjoyable. The were even dog toys for our pet.”

“Wonderful location, with convenient access to the lake and many restaurants, bars, etc. My wife and I were able to go cross country skiing on frozen Grand Lake, which is just a few hundred feet away. Rental is very clean and modern throughout. The owner, Erick, is very kind and a good communicator. We had a great time and hope to return again soon!”

“Perfect for a couple, real cozy, a true ski in - ski out. Just have be up for a long blue run on your return to the condo. Extras are two big hot tubs, a heated pool, and a gym. Keep the key code handy, every door you encounter will require it.”

“My son and I recently had an unforgettable snowboarding trip at Winter Park, and our stay at the Winter Park Studio Condo was simply fantastic. The studio condo was immaculate and well-maintained, boasting a cozy and inviting ambiance. The space was thoughtfully designed, making excellent use of every square inch. The decor was tasteful and charming, blending modern elements with rustic touches that perfectly complemented the surrounding winter landscape. One of the highlights of our stay was……

“Super convenient location with everything we needed for a comfy stay. Cozy and clean. I slept in the full-sized Murphy bed and my college aged son slept on the sofa bed. Kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals with groceries we brought. Would stay again!”

“Enjoyable stay however, I felt a little misled as to a sleeper sofa description online when it was just a sofa and didn’t quite fit my 6’2” frame. Otherwise really nice.”

“Beautiful surrounding property and cozy place to stay. We enjoyed snowshoeing on the property and skiing at winter park (20-minute drive away). The apartment was clean and comfortable, with a heater, comfortable mattress, and small kitchen area. The owners and neighbors were very kind and helped us get our car out of a snowbank after sliding in the driveway. I would definitely recommend staying here as opposed to the pricy resort hotels.”

“Property was clean and as advertised. Very good location within walking distance to many bars, restaurants, shops, ski rentals and the bus line the WP resort. The main areas property was under some construction for new floors in the hallways and such (not the unit itself, but the actual complex) but I’d anticipate that being done soon. The covered parking was very nice in the winter and it was only 5 mins to winter park resort.”

“The property was very comfortable. Not fancy but much like home. It was very clean and well maintained. Everything I needed was provided. While I didn't use them, there were many books and movies available for use. Mike and Kim were incredibly helpful with removing the snow from the parking space. Kim even helped me get free when I got stuck in the snow after I first arrived. I particularly enjoyed the workstation in the bedroom. It made it easy to use my laptop. I enjoyed my stay immensely……

“This is a clean simple condo that is close to a shuttle stop near winter park. I stayed for 3 nights and had no issues. The walls are fairly thin so you can hear your neighbors. That being said, overall I had a great stay!”

“Visited for 4th of July week. Was not able to communicate with host manager to ensure we could arrive past 8PM, several un responsive texts and emails. Front desk was incredibly unwelcoming and did not make us feel excited to arrive after an 8 hour drive. The room was as described in the listing and very clean. The bed was not the most comfortable. Lots of extra blankets which was a plus. The kitchen was adequate for what we needed which was cooking breakfasts and getting to go lunches……

There is the utmost attention to detail that just puts the icing on the cake. We absolutely loved the treehouse. It is a memory we will never forget, and we hope to come back again soon. (haven’t decided yet if we actually want to share this treasure with the kids or not!) It was worth every penny!”
