We initially were worried about the rainy forecast but honestly, it didn't impact it because there was enough games and things to keep all ages (4-74) entertained inside the house garage. "It was a wonderful property about a 5 minute drive to marina. Lots of wildlife. Property was well stocked and clean. Plenty of room for everyone.
