The hotel was nice and spacious, but the shower had no hot water, the AC worked but not very well, that could've been my particular room was it took very long to cool down the room, and there were ants on the wall. Overall it wasn't terrible, but the lack of hot water is a major downside.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything was excellent from start to finish! The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the room was clean, comfortable, and smelled so fresh. Everything was well-maintained, and the overall experience was wonderful. Definitely a place I’d be happy to stay at again! Highly recommended. ❤️

A returning travellers and they have improved.. well done to the team at xyz. Biggest change had the buffet style breakfast instead if the fixed menu thay they had before. Room was clean z, staff friendly as always xyz is always my go to in Tacloban.

1) Immediately after getting adjusted to our room the air conditioning was weak, so they charged me more for a room with stronger air conditioning. 2)After changing the bed clothes in the new room I saw a bug crawling but didn’t panic because I didn’t see any more. 3)With it being two people we were always short on bottle service water and waited until the restaurant opened. 4) before our last day we had ten family members visit for one day from the province so I got the (family room ) & an extra room. 5) Four of them were children and I had to pay extra for the children’s breakfast.
