"I had to find a room for my mother-in-law who is visiting. She was visiting my son (her grandson) in Tacoma and I wanted to make sure she had her own room with a comfy bed. I found this hotel and it looked so lovely, I knew she would like it. I had to contact the hotel to pay ahead of time so she doesn't have to worry about it when she arrives from the East Coast. The staff were so helpful, I was able to fill out the forms online and settle the bill so she could just enjoy the room. She loved it. She could not say enough nice things about it. She took photos of the glass artwork in the lobby, she enjoyed a scone with jam at the restaurant, she loved it. It was the perfect place. Clean, comfy, with those cool Tacoma vibes. Based on her review, I'll be staying soon myself. Thank you again to the staff who helped me, you are AWESOME."

"Nice older hotel but well maintained. Very large room with a kitchen counter, sink, microwave and dishes..a nice touch. Breakfast buffet was simple but adequate (would be nice to have one healthy cereal option). Fresh oranges and bananas were available. Bed and bedding were simple but adequate. Easy parking and convenient to gas and highway"

"Although it's small, I've been to 3 other Jacks it had everything I needed and the young man hosting was great. Although I live in sequim I am often near your restaurants while watching my grandkids games. Please open 1 on the peninsula somewhere. I'd drive an hour or so to eat your bbq. Thanks, Debby"
