Wonderful little house to stay in. Comfortable beds, pillows and blankets. Kitchen was well stocked. Lots of outside space for enjoying the birds and sunshine. The basement area will be wonderful for family games and such once it is complete. I would stay again for sure.

This property was perfect for our needs and is especially accommodating for those traveling with pets. The beds were exceptional—featuring soft, high-quality linens and some of the most comfortable mattresses we've slept on. The secluded surroundings and variety of birdlife provided wonderful entertainment and added to the overall relaxing atmosphere.The property is located near an airport, so there is some airplane noise throughout the day. However, we did not find it disruptive, and aviation enthusiasts or anyone who enjoys watching aircraft may find it an added bonus.One suggestion for future guests would be to bring paper towels, or for the host to note this in the property description. Other than that, our stay was excellent, and we would gladly recommend this property to others.

This was a great property for a pet. It's on a large lot set back from the road and almost completely fenced. The beds were very comfortable and dressed in luxurious linens. The kitchen was small but functional enough for breakfast and lunch. Washer and Dryer in basement looked new and worked well.

If you are in town for a swim meet at Weyerhauser aquatic center this is a great location. If you hit theightd it's only a 5 minute drive down 1st Street.

Central location

We travel frequently to visit family in Federal Way. The house is beautiful and very centrally locate. Close enough to amenities that staying here was probably one of my best trips yet (having 3 bed rooms to separate teenage boys helped immensely)

Great place, would stay again and again

This was the second time we stayed here for a swim meet weekend and it didn’t disappoint. The house is spacious enough to give the kids their own space. They have a well stocked kitchen. Will stay again and again.
