“Booked Brook Hall for a stag weekend of 12 guys, which Edward was happy to accommodate. It was a fantastic base while we spent most of our time out and about in York (20 - 30 minutes away) and Leeds (30 - 40 minutes away). Thanks for the recommendation of Dougies taxis as well, this was really helpful and they were great with really friendly drivers. Lovely location and house, particularly the garden. Perhaps even better if there were more showers (only 2) but this did not detract from the……

“Bedrooms and bathrooms clean and nice. Lounge bit scruffy.Kitchen was filthy. Cupboards had been painted and paint was still wet. Freezer drawers all broken. Drawers not clean and oven was filthy.Sham as the 3rd floor was very nice with bathroom facilities all good. ”

“This place was great! We were having trouble getting in and our host immediately responded to our call and walked us through the process. Once inside, we found a spotless apartment with super comfortable beds. Showers were great, as was the washer/dryer for our clothes. Having a FREE parking space was really nice, too. The place was really close to all of the main attractions of York, as well. We were able to walk to just about everywhere we wanted to see. ”
