“Great Place to stay when skiing Palisades. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were recently renovated which made them almost brand new. We loved how they were decorated. Our room had a view of Lake Tahoe (across the street). Sunrise over the lake was amazing!”

“Everything was great. Only thing that needs fixing is the shower head. It is set so it shoots past the tub onto floor. You have to hold the handle off wall mount so it doesn’t get water everywhere ”

“Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”

“As advertised, no surprises. We did the after-hours check-in, which was a little unusual, but worked well enough. (Arrive at main office, call number on the door, live person answers and provides you with a lockbox number and the code to get into that box. Walk around to the side of the main office building to find a cupboard full of a dozen or so lock-boxes. Would stay again.”
