This main floor also has a laundry area and guest bathroom.

The second level of the home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, walk in closet and ensuite bath with separate shower room and sink area. The second bedroom has two twin beds, and the third bedroom has a queen.

The Lake Forest Glen HOA features two swimming pools, tennis courts, pickleball courts and a playground in the summer. The hot tub and sauna are open year-round!

PROPERTY NOTES
* Decks and BBQ may not be available during winter months and areas may be icy.
* We provide a starting supply of toilet paper, paper towel, and laundry detergent, but recommend bringing extra for longer stays.
* We do not provide shampoo / conditioner / or body wash although there could be some left from previous guests.
* We recommend 4 x 4, AWD, or carrying snow chains in the winter months.
* There is no air conditioning in this rental.

* Max Occupancy: 8 people ages 12 and older. Children under 12 are exempt.
* Parking is limited to 2 vehicles in front of the condo. Overflow parking available. There is no street parking at any time, including boats and trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 9PM - 8AM
* Fines for violations range from $1,500 - $5,000 for violations of the STR ordinance.
