“The virtual assistance at the front desk was extremely rude - stating she was super busy and will get to help us when she can. Our plug stopped working so microwave and toaster didn’t work. We had no internet thought the storm was over. No priorities and cleaners never came. Basically, it’s a fend do yourself type of place - good luck is anything happens someone will come help you. ”

“Very close to the lake! Beautiful lake views!Up two flights of stairs, one outside, one inside to living room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms on first level. Nice fireplace,with firewood!The property maintenance guy spread 2 to 3 grains of sand to prevent slipping on ice. Needs to spread MORE!One of our guests slipped and fell!The property owner was easy to communicate with, and was responsive!”

“This was a very nice property at a reasonable price. Nice neighborhood, secure enclosed garage. Although we did not use the kitchen, it was well stocked and clean. King size bed was very comfortable. We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location. Our host, John was very prompt on responding to my questions.
