現場房間跟訂房網頁顯示的設備內容不同，現場房間沒有浴缸；詢問加價換房，櫃台回答房間在漏水~~ 進房之後空調風機聲音極大聲；換房之後，淋浴間玻璃門止水條一邊脫落一邊門片會卡地不好關。 空調是極大需要改善的狀況，新的房間開啟運作聲整夜淺眠，關掉半夜會熱醒。 隔壁是警察局，但飯店周圍算是老式的娛樂區。

非常差的住宿體驗。

晚上睡到一半被廁所內的藍牙化粧鏡廣播給吵醒，只好把插頭給拔了。跟服務人員反應，服務人員說可能是被隔壁的連到，這是一個很差的服務睡到睡到一半被嚇醒。導致整晚睡眠不足。冷氣只能固定的方向吹，而且冷氣的聲音超級大聲像戰車一樣。桌子的空間非常小，導致很多東西都擺到地上來。熱水壺煮起來有一個怪味。

CP值蠻高，樓下有啤酒bar 可以給喜歡小酌的朋友。離台南好吃的店（市中心）都很近，對面也有有名的燒肉！房間也算大了，只是浴室的排水微微不好，隔音不太好，其餘的都覺得挺好。

樓下就可以小酌的旅店

蠻新的旅店，房間內沒有附牙膏牙刷(還好有自備），也沒有附早餐，樓下有啤酒吧，啤酒種類很多，也可以帶外食進來啤酒吧，喜歡小酌的很推薦， 可能是平日的關係，不然停車是要收費的，附近也有很多公有付費停車格，很方便。

無障礙設施做得非常的好，但相對也顯得房間的空間變得小，浴室和房間的空間將近1:1，入住只需自備盥洗用具（除毛巾以外），整體而言算不錯的

衝著浴啤酒浴來住這裡，但到達才知道啤酒浴場在維修真的非常失望。其他整體都不錯，但床鋪有點太軟，睡醒背部有點不舒服

CP值不高

以這個價位，沒有可以停車位或特約停車場不太OK，附近好像類似有夜總會的場所，晚上會有一些複雜人士在附近，不過好處是飯店隔壁就是派出所，而且離國華街步行很近，開車去買台南一些知名宵夜算很近，入住時我是採用自助報到，房卡上沒寫房間號碼可能會忘記，且訂房網並沒標示不提供一次性盥洗用具及瓶裝水，是到場才告知，床邊只有一邊有插座稍不便，整體來說房間清潔度算好，但不值得這個價錢
