It is a very neat and clean place. We enjoyed a wonderful hot spring bath. The location is very convenient. You can taste local snacks in the surrounding market. It is highly recommended.

great location and great, helpful staff. breakfast options are not very big but plenty to enjoy both western and Taiwaness style breakfast. Very good dinning room. The staff was winderful to help me merge 2 reservations without actually check out then check in. Thanks!

Good bedroom and hot spring area but cold!

The room was modern, clean and functional. We got an upgraded hot spring tub area and it was nice and large. The hot spring tub comfortably fit 2 people and was great to soak in . The one problem was that there no heating in the rooms and Beitou was 10 celsius that night. The heating function on the climate control was not working. Asking the staff about it, they offered another duvet which we accepted but that was not enough. We were shivering in the room! Late at night we eventually went to a local store and bought a mini heater to keep ourselves warm. In normal Beitou temperatures, the room would have been good (5 stars) but during cold times, it is 3 stars.

Rooms have very little sound proofing, loud repetitive noises into the night. List of many rules in the room made it so we felt uncomfortable to do anything in room. Hotel located on very narrow, steep road.

The room condition was okay but dim. The toilet/shower light is hidden in a corner, took us a while to find it. The power point is not enough - there are only 2, and one of it was situated in a weird location, close to the floor. The reception desk is unmanned most of the time and there is no one to help you with the luggage (up the steps from the pavement). The mirror in the toilet has a number of rust spots on it which totally spoilt the aesthetics of the room. You can only check in at 5.30 pm which is unusually late. My skin felt very itchy after my stay so I am not sure whether it was the bed or just something that accumulated and broke out after staying at various places prior to Aqua Bella. But the rest of my prior accommodation were all very clean. The in-room jacuzzi was the best part of the hotel stay. The fusion breakfast we had was also quite nice. The hotel also recommended a driver to take us to Yang Ming Shan and back to Taipei. It was expensive and he wasn’t very good. I would not stay at Aqua Bella again.

房內濕氣有些重，換氣抽風設備可能效果不彰，但毛巾及地墊使用上沒有太差或太濕的感覺，自來水洗澡蓮蓬頭的熱水要等一陣子才有，備品以雙人房來說算足夠，浴缸內出水孔的硫磺沒有清潔乾淨，看到有點嚇到，房內有提供瓶裝礦泉水，冰箱也有兩瓶礦泉水及保礦力但其中一瓶礦泉水有被開過的痕跡，早餐走套餐形式，份量足餐點口味一般不算太差，但只有提供果汁和濃縮咖啡兩種選擇，退房前發現房間內有小隻蟑螂，有告知房內有蟑螂事情給工作人員，但只被告知一句不好意思，總體來說回訪機率不高。

작지만 럭셔리하고 깨끗한데 진짜 온천물 좋고 조식도 맛있는 매우 괜찮은 호텔

우선 매우 만족한 가족숙박이 되었습니다. 타이베이에서 베이터우로 넘어왔는데 크기가 좀 작아 놀랐으나, 타이베이의 호텔들과는 조금 다르게 럭셔리 부띠크 호텔처럼 보였습니다. 규모가 크진 않지만 깨끗하고 관리가 잘된 야무진 호텔의 느낌이었습니다. 룸은 "우아~" 소리가 나오게 넓습니다. 그리고 바닥이 카펫이 아니어서 정말 좋았습니다. 리얼 나무바닥이예요. 라운지와 복도는 작지만 럭셔리함이 묻어납니다. 우린 3인 투숙가능한 보그룸에서 묵었으며 10세 딸아이까지 3명이 침대에서 잘만큼 크기가 괜찮았고(부모 모두 덩치가 큼) 침구 컨디션 매우 흡족했습니다. 또한 깨끗하게 정비가 잘 된 룸에 고급 동물가죽매트와 럭셔리하게 비치된 장식품들이 룸의 가치를 높이는 듯 했습니다. 물과 웰컴과일도 비치되어 있었고(포카리도 있어요ㅎㅎ) 개별온천 욕실이 넓고 깨끗한게 너무너무 마음에 들었습니다. 물이 정말 좋아요. 유황냄새 풀풀~ 다만 겨울에 가면 난방시설이 없는 관계로 온천하고 나오니 덜덜 떱니다. 하지만 피부는 부들부들~ㅎㅎ대만 어떤 호텔이든지 난방시설이 없어서 이 계절에는 룸이 추운건 감안하고 가셔야 할 듯...이 호텔이 언덕쪽에 있어서 캐리어 갖고가는 게 지칠듯 하니 지하털도 좋지만 택시타고 오면 매우 편하게 올 듯(택시비 한국에 비해 매우 저렴)!! 주변에 조금만 걸으면 샤브샤브 집을 비롯한 좋은식당들....KFC,맥도날드, 까르푸까지 모두 있습니다. 호텔리어들도 엄청나게 친절하고, 생각보다 영어가 통해서 편했습니다. 그리고 조식은 대만 가정식을 진심을 담아 만들어 내어 주시는게 느껴졌습니다. 가짓수가 많지 않으나 하나하나 정성스럽게 만든것이 보이고 맛있었습니다. 조식당을 지키고 계시는 분들도 엄청 친절하십니다. 12시 체크 아웃 후, 주변 까르푸에서 이것저것 기념품 구입하여 옵니다. 있을꺼 다 있네요. 주변 인프라도 좋고 볼것, 먹을 것, 쇼핑할 것도 모두 거리 5~10분안에 있어서 강력추천 호텔입니다. 아, 바로 앞에 베이터우 주니어 하이스쿨도 구경해 봤네요 ㅎㅎㅎㅎ
