The public onset was clean and the amenities were great. I like the public onsen more than the private onsen in my room. The powerful jets in the public onsen was like having your own masseuse. The location was close to the metro station. Will definitely stay here again if I visit.

Breakfast was great, spa was a lot more crowded than what I remember - expect ~10-15 people there with you. Room was really nice and relaxing. Stay is around 20 mins to the large Shilin night market.

It's a luxurious hotel with affordable price. It has a hot spring tub in the room. What a memorable experience. The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and tasty. Will definitely go again when traveling to Taipei.

Awesome Beitou Stay

Room are very clean though it's only have about 21 rooms. All things are good, nice onsen facilities &complimentary biscuits.Hope to be back soon.

The property is well located, right in front of the nice big Beitou Park and not far from Hot spring valley. There is a very nice French cafe/bakery attached to the hotel with incredible pastries and sandwiches. The hot spring bath in the room are incredible. The shower is so so though

Great location, walkable to the Thermal Valley, museum and town center with sufficient food options. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with in-room onsen and sauna (in some rooms). Hotel staff while not terrific are better than other hotels in Taiwan on this trip. Compared to a decade ago, Taiwan in general seems to have lost its edge in service-orientedness and making international visitors feel welcomed.

Very convenient location: just few minutes walk from the train station but yet it is quiet and peaceful at night since it is just across the Betiou Park. Room is comfortable, and staffs are friendly. Only thing I wouldn’t like is the size of the hot spring tub, which I can’t stretch my legs fully due to its square shape but I guess it’s common for this price range.

Our room was available early on but they would not let us check in early. Also our room is stationed in the back so we are told hot water may take 25 to 30 min to come in. Overall great hotel

Really liked the location close to many restaurant. And also the hot spring bath in the room. But the room was freezing cold and the hotel had to bring us heaters because of the centralised airconditioning system. Worse, the toilets choked regularly despite us having to throw the toilet paper separately. Seems like a regular occurrence according to the well trained staff. But location of room is wonderful and we enjoyed our stay despite the inconveniences

Pleasant stay

Great location, friendly staff, yummy breakfast, nice public baths and in-room option, an overall wonderful hot springs resort experience. Hotel shows its age, some of the towels and robes reflect that. But all appears clean. I did see a couple critters in the room, not unusual in this very humid part of the world. Probably could be resolved if individual temp control is available in the room. There is AC in the hotel, but no heat, which may be a problem in the winter, as it was in the 40s just a few days before my stay, though atypically warm when I was there.
