"We had a great stay with Inoguchi-San, he is a very caring host, he made sure we had everything we needed and that we were comfortable. Inoguchi-san made effort to make his property nice, it is very clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed the specious house! It is in a countryside and I had a run in the morning, very quiet and relaxing rural area."

Property manager not contactable during incident and later refused to refund booking even when the apartment was not fit for use.
